This channel receives reports of conduct that breaches the law, the Code of Ethics or the Compliance Program of BVP Advogados. It is open to members of the firm, clients, suppliers and anyone aware of such a fact.
You choose whether to identify yourself. Reports are received by the Compliance team, handled confidentially, and no one reporting in good faith will face retaliation.
After submitting, you will receive a protocol number. Keep it: you will need it to follow the progress of your report and add information, even if you remain anonymous.
